It is impossible through the education system to fulfil the national aspirations, build character based on national ideals, and build a personality suitable for leadership in all spheres of life & departments. Education is the main instrument of national unity and solidarity. The Role of the ideal teacher in nation-building is undeniable.

An Ideal is developed through thematic skills of students, mastery of class organizations, professional skills development, implementational and evaluation of educational activities, connections and modern age education, and development of moral values & essential human qualities in students teacher.

Appropriate skills of an ideal teacher are acquired through proper training, intensive practice, and supervision. Our country’s number of trained standard teachers is less than required. Ideal Teachers’ Training College was established in 2002 to meet the shortage of qualified teachers. The college has already completed many years.
